Q. Where can I park?

A.
There will be plenty of parking around the perimeter of the high school. We ask that all participants arrive no later than 8:45 AM.

Q. When can I pick up my bib and tech shirt?

A.
You will have the option to pick up your bib and tech shirt on Thursday, April 22 and Friday, April 23 at the
Bucks County Association For the Blind400 Freedom Dr, Newtown, PA 18940
and on race day from TBA.

Q. What do I need to pick up my bib and shirt?

A.
Please bring a valid ID.

Q. Do I have to wear a mask?

A.
All participants must wear a mask before and after the race. Volunteers will have to wear their masks at all times.

Q. Will I have the option to run in-person or virtually?

A.
YES!

Q. Will there be port-a-potties?

A.
You bet! We will have three standard port-a-potties and one handicap port-a-pot. All four will be equipped with hand sanitizers. In addition, we will have a hand sanitizer station.

Q. Can I sign up for the event on race day?

A.
No. all participants must sign up online one week prior to the day of our race.

Q. Can my child or children participate?

A.
Absolutely! Children under ten must be accompanied by an adult to run the in-person 5K race.

Q. Will there be a one mile fun run?

A.
Unfortunately, no.

Q. Can I walk the 5K race?

A.
Absolutely! The race is a run/walk event. 

Q. How much will it cost to participate?

A.
The 5K race, in-person or virtually, will cost $35 plus a $4 RunsignUp fee.

Q. What is the difference between participating in-person versus virtually?

A.
If you choose to run in-person, you will be running on our designated 5K course on Saturday, April 24, 2021. If you choose to run virtually, you can complete the 5K distance anywhere in the world and at any time during the day. However, you MUST report your time from Sunday prior to our race day and by Monday, April 26, 2021

Q. What kind of swag will I receive this year?

All participants, in-person, or virtual, will receive a short sleeve tech shirt and chip timing (in-person).

Q. Who benefits from this race?

A.
We support two amazing organizations: Bucks County Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired) and Guiding Eyes for the Blind (GEB).

Q. Will there be a finisher medal?

A.
Unfortunately, no.

Q. If I sign up for the whole Series, how can I get my Bookin' for Lookin' tech shirt?

A.
You will have the option to pick up your bib and tech shirt on Thursday, April 22 and Friday, April 23 at the
Bucks County Association For the Blind400 Freedom Dr, Newtown, PA 18940
- OR pick it up on race day.

Q. Will there be awards?

A.
YES!

Q. Will there be an award ceremony?

A.
Unfortunately, no. Participants who win an award, will be able to pick their awards up at 14 Churchill Lane, Newtown, Pa 18940 approximately a week after the race.

Q. Will there be water stations?

A.
Unfortunately, no. We ask that all participants bring their own water bottles.
